If you are querying about the license information or your license status, please send your questions to FirstHand Technologies Inc..

If you encounter any other problems, please let us know (or submit a patch) so that the problem can be solved. We also welcome feedback on how sipc worked for you and what new features you think should be added to sipc.

When reporting a problem, it saves a lot of time if the email contains:

  • the operating system
  • the sipc.log and sipc.dbg file (they are both in $HOME/.sipc directory, for Windows, they are in "c:\Documents and Settings\<user>\.sipc" directory (you need to replace <user> to your Windows user name))
  • description of the problem and any factors that seem to correlate to it
