traceroute to google.com, yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk

traceroute google.com (Linux)
tracert google.com (Windows XP)

-List IP addresses and hostnames of each hop.
-Using aslookup utility, find AS number of each hop.
 http://www.bugest.net/software/aslookup/index-e.html
 You can also use RIR databases to find the AS number.
-Using RIR and whois databases, find the organization that owns 
 each IP address. (You may not be able to find organization 
 name for every hop)
-List in a table paths common to google.com, yahoo.com, and yahoo.co.uk.

[Not for credit] Do traceroute packets traverse any tier-1 ISP?

On CLIC machines traceroute is not installed. Use tracert on a Windows XP 
machine.
