I am a PhD candidate at the Department of Computer
Science in Columbia University. I am a member of the
Columbia Machine Learning
Laboratory and am advised by
Tony Jebara .
Prior to joining Columbia, I obtained a master of engineering at the Indian Institute
of Science in Bengaluru (always known as Bengaluru,
but known as Bangalore for some time!). I was at the
beautiful city of Mysore studying undergrad.
My mother tongue is Kannada .
My area of interest is Machine Learning in general. In particular, my interests include (but not limited to):
kernel methods,
learning theory and generalization bounds.
