Henman advances in Stuttgart Tim Henman cruised into the third round of the Masters Series event in Stuttgart with a convincing win over German Axel Pretzsch. Henman, the seventh seed, shared the first six games of the opening set with the qualifier before stamping his authority on the match. The British number one won the next nine games without reply to complete a 6-3 6-0 victory and boost his hopes of qualifying for the end of season Masters Cup. Henman, ninth in the Champions Race at the start of the week, needs to move up to eighth to qualify for the Masters Cup for the second time. "The way I'm going to qualify is if I win matches," said the 27-year-old. "If I win matches I can take care of my own deal. "There is no point in worrying about what the other guys are up to."
