Research
I am doctoral student at Columbia University working in the Pe'er Lab of Computational Genetics.
My current research focus is in hidden relatedness, population-based linkage, and their implications for high-throughput sequencing.
But don't take my word for it, take a look at my curriculum vitae!
Procurement
Coincidentally, I've worked on several computational tools in human genetics:
- GERMLINE
An efficient algorithm for detecting IBD segments in large populations - DASH
DASH Associates Shared Haplotypes
Interests
Outside of research, I enjoy eating, sleeping, and listening to music.
