This handout only refers to a schedule for the former (you can work out the latter). I give a suggested schedule to follow on the mini-project. I also give info below on the *required checkpoint* for Tues. 12/6-Wed. 12/7. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------- SUGGESTED SCHEDULE: ------------------- - Sat. 12/3: complete basic pseudo-code + generalized ASM - Mon. 12/5: - improve pseudo-code/generalized ASM - complete resource allocation - Wed. 12/7: - develop optimized version - complete resource allocation - Fri. 12/9: - finalize micro-architecture, control ASM/FSM - Sun. 12/11: - complete writeup/documentation, careful final figures, etc. - MON. 12/12: DUE 4pm -------------------- REQUIRED CHECKPOINT: -------------------- DATES: TUES. 12/6-WED. 12/7 - 20 min. - 5% penalty if no show/nearly no work - *both* group members attending - bring: basic version of - pseudo-code - generalized ASM - (optional) initial resource allocation - signup: (TBA) doodle online NOTE: if your gen.
